TECH: Help with bookmarks

Hello Everyone,

I am a library science student who has been lurking on this list for
some time.  I am continually impressed by your willingness to help
eachother in all your professional endeavors.  I am hoping that you can
help me find my bookmarks which I inadvertantly deleted.  In cleaning up
my Netscape Communicator bookmarks I managed to select a major folder
and hit delete.  I immediately went to file and hit 'undo' to no avail.
Is there any way to retrieve a bookmark folder.
