Hi folks In response to the requests for a copy of our Challenged Materials Policy, I have now put it online at http://www.palmdps.act.edu.au > Resource Centre > Policies (look in the menu bars at the bottom of the main graphics on each page) This policy was written using models that were sent to me from schools all around Australia so I cannot claim credit for it, beyond the amalgamation of those bits that I selected as appropriate to our school. If you can find something in it that you can use to make your policy more appropriate or useful, please help yourself. It is there to be shared. Most Australian schools (except Tasmania) are now on their spring break and this weekend is Grand Final Weekend for the two major football codes. So hundreds of thousands of eyes will be glued to the television (including, I must admit, mine!) It's a pity is such a best-of-spring day outside!
