I just spoke to Folletts tech support who told me that there is no way to keep track of what has been weeded from Follett's database other than with a paper copy. She said that in order to have an item not show up on the OPAC it must be deleted but once you delete it it will be gone from any category or any other method of keeping track of it. I would like to be able to keep track of where our money goes for those items that are weeded and not replaced and I know that Title VI wants a record of it. Have any of you found another solution to this? We are running version 5.0. Thanks for any help you can give me.
