A web page was created using Netscape 4.79, OS Windows
XP. This person has a 19 inch monitor. When she
viewed her page from her computer using either
Netscape or Explorer everything looked they way she
designed it; however, when she viewed it at school on
Netscape 4.7 and OS Windows 98, the page was
rearranged. How can she fix this and be able to
create on her computer so that those with smaller
screens or with 98 will be able to view it as
intended. Or does anyone know something else that
would be causing this problem?
