The librarians is our district are evaluated on the same form as all other
teachers. We have started discussions amongst ourselves as to whether we
would like a supplemental form that would deal with some of our non teaching
duties. Some of our group are very unhappy with this idea, while others
don't want to be evaluated only as a teacher. Do any of you have an
official form different from the teachers? What are the pros and cons?
