MISC: Virgin Islands school/public library contact wanted

If you are a librarian in the Virgin Islands or have worked there in
the past, I woud love to ask you a couple questions that relate to
what we are experiencing here on Guam.  The Virgin Islands have faced
similar problems and I would like to compare our situation with that
of another territory.
