Does anyone know of a good place, dependable, and up and running most of the time, where I could put up a library page? Here is my problem. Our High School page is on our district server and the process to maintain it is this: I work on my page and then I send the updates to the district web master. Becasue he is also a teacher, we are supposed to send to him on Wed. of each week and he is to post on Thurs. of each week. I would really prefer to be able to make adjustments daily if I so chose but that is not the real problem. The real problem is that sometimes he is unable to do the update and then we have to wait until the next week. By then, I have already made a new update. I am just thinking that if I put the library page somewhere else and let him link to it, then I can have much better control. As it is right now, he failed to do the update just before Easter break, and he is out of town this week so I am literally having to wait 3 weeks for an update. This is not the first time, and when I tried to discuss this with the District Tech. director, she handled it poorly and really ticked the web master off and I do not really problems. I just want my page updated. Because she refuses to let anyone else post on "The Server" I am looking for other solutions. ===== Wanda Nall Library Media Specialist Hereford ISD Hereford, Tx 79045 wandanall@hisd.net __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
