LM Net Friends,
I just got around to reading the May/June 2002 issue of Knowledge Quest, =
the Journal of the American Association of School Librarians. I =
normally do not get excited about this publication because it usually =
contains a great number of research studies. (I am at an age where my =
mind does not focus very well on studies). The focus of this issue is =
Islands and Bridges: Connecting with Adolescents. I found every article =
more than mildly interesting. This is one issue that had definite =
application for my work. I will be passing this issue to the high =
school department at my school. It was that good!
