I am a new user to the Follett system. I have set up the sounds to be
different for a videorecording and other types of materials. Now I'm having
trouble with about 20 videos that scan correctly but the sound doesn't play.
I've looked at the MARC entries for several videos that have the sound when
scanned and I can't see any differences ???????? The OPAC shows them as
videos but when scanned the sound is the same as a successful scan for a
book. I let students work the circulation desk and like to have different
sounds for everything so I can keep track of what is taking place even when
I'm across the room....any ideas on why these aren't being recognized as
videos????
