Dear Fellow Media Specialists, I know this is veering off the topic slightly, but our Central Office is trying to put together a substitute handbook and was asking for suggestions. Do any of you already have such a handbook? If you do, could you please tell me what kind of information is included? If there is interest, I will post a hit of the replies I receive.
