We have a teacher who wants to make a poster of her grandchild using a picture "we think" she has purchased from a photographer. She sent in a picture earlier from a photographer, and we asked her to use one of her own photos. How would you approach this customer within the guidelines of copyright law? Thanks so much for your input.
