Most Aussie thing I know is barbecued snags (sausages) smothered in tomato sauce
and wrapped in
fresh bread! We call it a sausage sizzle. Dessert could be fresh fruit salad -
apple, orange,
pineapple, strawberries, watermelon, kiwifruit and bananas. Otherwise look for
damper, lamingtons,
pavlova, and ANZAC biscuits. But please - don't eat our wombats, They are
protected :>}
