The other day Bill Katzenberger posted the URL for some library throw rugs/
afghans so I followed the link to http://www.bytesngrins.com and ordered
one from there... and I just want to tell you of the super-fast personal
service I have had from Joan McArdle and her team.
After they confirmed that I WAS the one using my credit card (not someone
who had nicked my identity) Joan let me know that the parcel was on its way,
and she even checked out the various shipping options for me. So bouquets
to BytesnGrins.
The same rug was available at Demco for the same price but they will not
process an international order under $US200 - so I am just thrilled with the
top shelf service I got and want all 14 000 of you to know!
