Does anyone know of a recent review on Encyclopedias that would rate them for a k-12 setting? I try to buy a new set every year or at least every other year. Currently, we have World Book, Compton's, Academic American, Americana, and an older set of Britannica. I am wondering about replacing the Britannica as I can do that for about $1100 for the 32 vol. set. This is supposed to be written at a middle school to high school level. Though we have a number of electronic databases, my print encyclopedias get a pretty good workout through the year. -- Beverly Nelson Media Generalist Spring Grove Public School 113 2nd Ave NW Spring Grove, Minnesota 55974 507-498-3223 bev.nelson@springgrove.k12.mn.us =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-=-=- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
