I have a student (age 17) here who writes exceptional poetry and is interested in publishing it. I am ignorant about where she might get started. Is there a journal that will publish teen poetry? I guess it seems to me that she might have a better chance competing against her peers. Or perhaps a group of poets here in the Seattle area where she might turn for help locally? Any ideas would be welcome.
