While February is still several weeks away, now is a good time to start
planning for "Black History Month". This week's featured unit comes from the Denver
Public Schools and is entitled: "Lessons in Courage: Martin Luther King, Rosa
Parks, and Ruby Bridges". The unit is a 61-page file in PDF format, created
for primary students, and adaptable for older students as well. To access this
unit, go to http://www.units4teachers.com
