back. Also sorry that it is already Friday morning. Hope the following
info helps: yes, it was a "repair and check integrity" problem that was
caused by a power flux when I had my Spectrum software open. I had to
write student and book barcodes down by hand for the rest of the day. My
IT person sat at the server while Sagebrush talked him through the steps
over the weekend (my problem occurred on a Friday) so I don't know how
long it took. After the initial repair, there was only one file that
remained corrupted and Sagebrush had a backup for that which they e-mailed
and our IT person then applied. Hope this helps.
