HIT: Fractured Fairy Tale The Ugly Duckling

The overwhelming response to my TARGET for a fractured fairy tale for The
Ugly Duckling was the short bit called The Very Ugly Duckling in The
Stinky Cheese Man by Scieszka.  I also had this response: amazon.com has
this - 12 Fabulously Funny Fairy Tale Plays by Justin McCory Martin (with
"The Ugly Woodpecker").

I did a little research of my own and did find a modern retelling using
children instead of animals in the book The Wolf at the Door but I think
this version is a little intense for 2nd and 3rd grade students.
