Good morning,
Just wondering what the various states are asking teachers
to do
to prove that that are qualified to teach under NCLB-I teach
in Iowa and we have
to make a portfolio -the portfolio
consists of 42 artifacts based on the state teaching
standards along with a reflection on each one. All teachers
have to make
a portfolio (even if they have been teaching 25 years)
Administration
is not required to prove that they are qualified-my
principal told me this-
He is making a portfolio for himself even though he doesn't
have to-
Are some of the states doing teacher testing???
