LM_NET Archive

I don't know how many of you have heard of the website http://freecycle.org,
but it is an international group that has local recycling groups. The
weeding topic made me associate it with LM_NET. There was a member looking
for any books to donate to the local jail for prisoners to read. If any of
you are into recycling other items to keep them out of landfills, this is a
great group. Everything must be given away and not be sold. There was
another group looking for used inkjet cartridges for a group to donate to a
recycler. At the main page, you choose your general location and then
narrow it down to find the groups nearest you. It is a great place to find
odd items and to get rid of odd items. I am using it to get rid of cannas
that are overflowing my flower bed.

It would be great for weeding if your system allows it.
