I'm going to spend a few weeks working with our technology teacher, team teaching. I have a few ideas for lessons, including creating author trading cards (with biographical "stats" etc.), but I was wondering if anyone else has any ideas or lessons? We teach K-5, and I'd like to introduce the students to basic web research, but also somehow tie it in with literature, and make it fun. Or maybe just anything to help them see beyond using the web for games and google! Maybe I'm asking too much? Any input or ideas are welcome, and I'll post a hit.
