It is about time for me to renew my periodical subscriptions for next school year. However, the magazines in my 10-12 high school library are virtually unused (by students and faculty). I hate to spend more money than is absolutely necessary. Is there a certain number or percentage of magazines that a library is required to have? I checked the TN state standards for libraries and the Southern Assoc. of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and couldn't find anything specific. I do have about 60 computers with SIRS and EBSCO, so students do have access to periodicals. Thank you for any help or guidance.
