[LM_NET] Dewey # for Cherokee newspaper

I have a reprint of the "Cherokee Phoenix" newspaper from New Echota in 1828 I 
would like to add to my posters.  Anyone have a recommendation on what the best 
Dewey number would be?  The number given for "Newspapers" in Sears is 070.
