[LM_NET] BOOK: The Maker's Diet

In an attempt to get my daughter's Crohn's disease under control, we
are implementing the diet found in Jordan Rubin's book "The Maker's
Diet". It is a New York Times bestseller and the author has been
featured extensively.  Do you know of specific examples of how well
this worked in your area?  Thank you.
