[LM_NET] Laura Bush Grant-90% free and reduced lunch priority

Hi everyone,
   
  Although we don't meet the 90 % free reduced lunch preference, I am 
still thinking to apply for the laura foundation book grant.
   
  Did anyone else apply successfully even if the did not have the 90% 
free reduced lunch.  Could you share what you thought made your grant a 
success?
