I highly recommend this book. Anne, Larry, and I have a similar approach to Internet issues -- recognizing the natural growth of this medium, acknowledging the concerns, and providing the information and guidance to address the concerns. The book is great for parents. I also think many teens will find really helpful material in this book -- especially the chapter that provides guidance on how to use the controls built into MySpace to ensure that your experience is safe and under your control. I think teens want to know how to exercise this kind of control. I also highly recommend that you subscribe to Anne's weekly newsletter NetFamilyNews at http://newfamilynews.org. And visit Anne and Larry's web site BlogSafety at http:blogsafety.org. Nancy -- Nancy Willard, M.S., J.D.
