[LM_NET] General: Minnesota Only

My principal is asking me for direction on a purchase.  We have 
currently been using ECOS as a career database.  Years ago we used 
MCIS (Minnesota Career Information Services) or something like that. 
She is wondering if we should go back to MCIS as it is cheaper than 
ECOS.  I am wondering what the current MCIS is like. Do you use MCIS? 
Do you like it?  If you are familiar with both products, which one is 
better?  Thanks
