I am beginning to sound like a broken record, but Julie's sentencing has
been again postponed. This time to June 6.

We have no inside information on the reported the change in judge. There are
reportedly, as you can guess, ongoing negotiations between the state and
Julie's defense team. I personally think the state is trying to figure to
how to cover its posterior, but that is a personal opinion unsupported by
any more substantive insider information. ;-)

I am going to be interviewed tomorrow for a CBC story for the radio show As
It Happens, which is on many NPR stations. I am not sure when this will air.
