Are there any filtering programs that students can't get around (but also are not so blocked up that learning is severely restricted)? I did a presentation at one school district and they actually invited reps from their filtering company to attend. They told me afterwards that students using proxies to get around the filter might be a problem with *other* products but not *theirs.* Many years ago I was an attorney and had clients who were software companies. So I do understand "puffing." On the other hand, were they right? Can kids get around some products, but not others? Nancy -- Nancy Willard, M.S., J.D.
