I've been reading the copyright and subversion thread with interest because that's my "topic of the month." Not to join the debate- there's so much gray area in fair use and emerging technologies make the lines even fuzzier. Since I'm working on a lesson on plagiarism & copyright, I'd like to include some facts about settlements & lawsuits related to intellectual property. I'm going for shock factor here. Any documented info would be appreciated!
