I seem to remember that someone has their library assistants keep journals as one part of their duties. I would like to do that this year, and have some ideas, but I'd like to draw on the collective LM-NET mind to know what you would suggest having them include in the journals. Simple notes on what they've learned/done that day? Reflective essays? Critiques of their work for the day? Critiques of my leadership for the day? Something different each day of the week? TIA for your ideas. Deb Waugh Librarian/Instructional Technologist The Emmett G.
