I would donate it to a local mosque. I have an old copy of the Koran (paperback) that is falling apart, and I'd like to replace it. The copy really isn't in good enough condition to repair or give away, so I'd like to destroy it in a respectful way. I'm assuming that burning is the preferable method. Would my woodstove be disrespectful? I know we have some Muslim members of LM Net who could let me know the best way to discard my copy. Thanks.
