It concentrates on exploring how managerial leadership can infuse and advance diversity within that environment and within the profession. Engaging participants in appropriate exercises, Camila will cover topics such as leading by example; defining the various types of diversity; empowering staff to embrace diversity; working towards diverse staff success; employing problem-solving and innovative thinking to infuse diversity.
