[LM_NET] library in Newton, NC

I received a book in the mail with my barcode on it. It is book I have been looking 
for.  It was not checked out but not on the shelf and I had decided it was not 
appropriate for MS kids, so I wanted to offer it to the High "School.l
   
  Well one day this week, it came in a manilla envelope with postmark Newton, NC
  I am in Watauga County.
   
  Just wondered if anyone knows anything about it. My curioisty is up.
   
  BTW the title is Fat Kid Rules the World
