[LM_NET] TECH: TARGET - how to enable "Windows update"

"fix" button and it's good for a bit, but it seems that my computer wants to have

  2nd message: I did figure out how to enable "Automatic Updates" and applied the 
changes AND restarted my computer, but I'm still getting a McAfee message that 
states my "Windows Update" feature is not on and then when I go back into my 
system, the "Automatic Updates" has somehow become disabled again.  I'm out of 
ideas, so please send suggestions to me.
