[LM_NET] To Carol Bullard whose district overly blocks emails

This is just another example of the silliness going on with district filters
and blocks. Carol, I tried to email you to tell you that I could send some
close-up exhibits shots but no long shots. I have pics of my Nancy Pearl
doll with the Baker & Taylor cats, a live rabbit, and some other exhibits
from TLA. If you want them, you will need to provide an address that accepts
messages from a nefarious character like me. And folks, if this kind of
blocking is happening to you, it is time to speak up. Not only is it silly,
it is illegal. Don't trust me (obviously I am a dangerous character). Do a
search for expert lawyer/educator Nancy Willard and see what she says about
CIPA and filtering. It was never meant to do this kind of thing.
