Naomi's highlighting the Nerdfighter Tour of John and Hank Green
prompts me to add that these events are like nothing I've ever seen.
If you can make it, fantastic!

Last Tuesday night in the Seattle public library, I was one of a
handful of adults among 300 - 500 teens (I didn't count, but the
auditorium was packed -- two levels up.) It tickled me (if I can use
that term without smiling too much) to see teens craving this
connection to a favorite, and now NYTimes best-selling author. They
all had an interactive blast -- with readings, singing, storytelling,
and more. And my guess is all of them came out that evening only
because they wanted to, and not for an assignment or any reason
directly school-based.

I'm astounded and so pleased to see this response to an author!

Best,

Nick
