[LM_NET] OT Tech: highjacked email

[sandra carswell <sandracarswell@HOTMAIL.COM>]

I just received an email from my son's email account which he did not send. It was 
from his Hotmail account. I contacted him and he let Hotmail know about it and he 
changed his password on the account. Our question is, how did that happen? How can 
we prevent that from happening again?
