I've noticed that in some of my books that were award winners (Caldecott, Pura Belpre, Ezra Jack Keats, Theodor Seuss Geisel, etc.), there has not been a notation included in the MARC record. I'd like to go back and include these. I think the majority of my Caldecott's are in good shape except the past 2-3 years where it seems those winning books have not been indicated in their MARC records when I ordered them. For those of you who have indicated these in your subject fields, what is the correct method of notation? It looks like for the Caldecott it is: Caldecott Medal, 2009 (or whichever year it is the winner) Would the others be: Theodor Seuss Geisel Award, 2009 Pura Belpre Award, 2009 Ezra Jack Keats Award, 2009 etc..... Thanks for your suggestions!
