[LM_NET] Target: Elementary Educational Technology job description

My boss is looking to split up my job into two positions: school librarian and 
educational technologist. 

 

Does anyone have a job description handy for an educational technologist for 
elementary schools? I've been looking around and am finding very little at the 
elementary level.
