Hi all, A very good friend of mine an attorney who understands bullying and educational technology has started a new blog that I think some of you will be interested in. Here is his announcement: On this, the 40th anniversary of the landmark case of TINKER V DES MOINES, I'm announcing the launch of my new blog, "Substantial Disruption: Teaching & Protecting Kids In Our Brave New CyberWorld" The name, obviously, was inspired by the Tinker case. This blog is intended for any and all who are interested in, and concerned about, freedom of expression, bullying, cyberbullying, and the state of law as it applies to our schools. I especially invite school attorneys, educators, bullying and cyberbullying prevention specialists, researchers, parents, and students to read and participate in this blog. Registration is easy and free and everybody who registers will be designated a "contributor," which means you can post messages and comments any time you want. Please take the time to look at this new blog and please tell your colleagues and acquaintances about it. This blog has the potential of providing an international forum that is sorely needed.
