Recently, my flash drive stopped being recognized, so I Greetings All- Recently, my flash drive stopped being recognized, so I went out and bought a new one. Two days later, when I found the time to copy files from my laptop- it would not start up. I took it to Staples, where they seemed to think they could pull off my existing Word docs. PPT presentations and photos. However they could not. They said they could send it out to their tech people at a cost of upwards of a thousand dollars(???) Maybe they are sending it to the Wizard of Oz??? Is there a company or a service that any of you have used in the past for data retrieval? The person at Staples said they could see the files but could not get the information from them. Thanks in advance for any assistance, I will post a hit w/enough responses.
