Thanks to Richie Partington, for a great review with ideas for Florian's Dinothesaurus! I have to pipe up here, however, and say I WISH he or his editor had chosen a different title. I teach my elementary students what a thesaurus is and how to use it, and Dinothesaurus isn't one and you can't use it like one. It sounds like a dinosaur word - and Thesaurus Rex plays off that connection - but when an author uses a word purely for the sound, I find myself wishing he had just made up his own word. I love all of Florian's books, so I'll use this one, but , sigh............ Melissa -- Melissa Techman, MLS Teacher/Librarian & Curriculum Technology Integration Partner Broadus Wood Elem.
