[LM_NET] 100 book list

Forgive the cross posting.
I was sure that I read, either on LM_NET, or childlit, an extended conversation 
about a suggested list of books. (I think it was 100.) I enjoyed the conversation, 
and thought I'd saved at least some of the emails. It was anywhere from 6 weeks  to 
6 months ago. Now, of course, I would like to find that conversation, but can't. I 
don't just want the list, but the discussion about it. If anyone remembers this, 
and can direct me to a general time frame that the discussion went on, and what 
list it was on, I would be most grateful. 
I read through the childlit archives, and nothing jumped out at me. The LM_NET 
archives didn't produce anything that current. And of course, search terms like 
book, and list, and 100 are a bit general.
