[LM_NET] professional reading - reading groups

 Does anyone have any recommendations for professional reading for a junior
high teacher who wants to run reading groups or literature circles next
year? She is wanting to have her class spend some time reading and
responding to books in small groups next year. (different books for each
group) She is looking for books that help her with the mechanics of the
program - organization, classroom management, assessment etc. 

I have not done any research on this yet. I though I would first ask you
guys if you had a favorite in your collection or you have used personally.
