[LM_NET] Ideas about answering an interview question

If you have worked as a School Librarian at a school for several years and are 
applying for the same position in a different school district, how do you answer 
this interview question?
 
Why do you want to leave your current position to come to our school...?
 
I was told not to give negative answers about your current job or prinipal...  So, 
I am not sure how to answer that.  I was also told not to focus on the "location" 
of the school.  Yet those are the two biggest reasons why I want the new job.  
(Principal and location) The two school's are equally good...
