[LM_NET] Target: Book Title

In the last year or so I read a relatively new title about a young girl whose 
mother and stepfather get divorced. She and her mom move into a run down trailer on 
a street corner. There is a convenience store on the other corner 
where the girl goes and becomes friends with the owners. She sometimes visits her 
grandfather. Mom is neglectful and rarely home. One day the trailer starts on fire. 
The girl is taken into state custody and ends up living with her 
step dad and his new family.

For the life of me I can't remember the title of the book. Does any of this ring a 
bell to anyone?
