Hello All: I just started at a brand new job working in a small rural school of 7th - 12th graders. I am afraid that I will be asking a lot of questions in the next few days as I work to set up the library before students can come in next week. I am hoping that someone knows where I can find this particular information. The principal I am working for is also new this year. He kindly set me up with an English teacher as my mentor, but there is no "official" mentor program in place. I am under the new requirements and need to know what I have to do to fulfill the mentorship piece so that I can get my professional certification next year. I will have my time completed by June and my initial expires in September, so I want to make sure that I do this right! Thanks for any help you can offer.
