Hi all, I am working with a reporter of a major newspaper who is doing an indepth story on cyberbullying. She has been interviewing some students - and fortunately has been connecting with this nation's top folk addressing this issue. No, this is not an Internet safety concern - it is a bullying concern. She really wants to be able to interview some young people who have been through an extended cyberbullying incident. I have told her that educators cannot report on students around these issues because of privacy concerns. But it just occurred to me that in addition to educators, you are moms/dads/aunts/uncles/neighbors/friends. So you might have a personal connection that you could make. So if you happen to know of any extended cyberbullying situations where the young person involved and his or her parents would be willing to talk - under conditions of strict confidentiality - could you contact me privately.
