TARGET-Tech/Library job description

Hello, this is Linda Wood at South Kingstown High School in Wakefield,
Rhode Island (9-12 school, pop. just around 1000).  I would like to TARGET
a job description for second professional for school media center.  We are
looking for an appropriate "title" for the position, such as "Media
Technology Coordinator" or "Instructional Technology Coordinator."  And a
job description that would define the person's role in this highly
changing and evolving world of information, including all forms of media
